Site statistics

The site statistics report gives you in-depth statistics about your site, for example, user data, course and project activity and more. The report allows administrators and school leaders to:

Monitor and follow-up usage trends and compare usage among schools.
Detect anomalies, for example, use of itslearning that doesn’t fit your guidelines
Identify the types of content that is used – and not used.
Identify mentors who are not using individual learning plans
Identify orphaned users, terms, courses and projects.

The site statistics report can be a useful tool to assist in various clean-up activities, and it allows the exporting of key data to Excel for further processing.

Site statistics is an add-on report

The site statistics report is an add-on report and requires a licence.

The site statistics report does all this by presenting high-level usage statistics at site and school/organisation levels, optionally broken down by organisation and site profile.

It includes data in several key areas, allowing administrators and managers to gauge usage and usage trends in the itslearning.
